Complimentary Return Shipping
Hello! We want you to love your experience with Helande, and we appreciate that you’ve trusted us with your skincare routine.
If you would like to make a return, we offer a 30-day satisfaction period with complimentary return shipping. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Helande will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back to us. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To qualify, your product may be new or gently used and in its original primary container (the original exterior box is not required).
How to Start a Return

Contact us: Email info@helande.com to initiate your return. It is helpful if you include why the product didn't fit your routine so we can better serve you in the future. Please include your name, shipping address, and order number or email purchase confirmation.

Shipping: We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Processing: Once your product is received, our team will process the return to ensure all requirements are met.
Refunds
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the refund has not appeared after 15 business days, please contact us at info@helande.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
If you experienced an unexpected reaction, please contact us so we can assist and ensure appropriate product safety follow-up.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in either new or gently used condition and in its original container (the original exterior box is not required). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
